Definitions in
these Terms and Conditions 'Autosurf Membership' means Autosurf
Computer Sdn Bhd method to reward their faithful customer, while
'Autosurf Membership' is defined as the consumer rewards membership
programme run by Autosurf. 'Redemption Gifts' are defined as the
goods offered to Members in exchange for sufficient amount of Reward
Points. 'Membership' means those arrangements by which a customer
agrees to sign up for a membership account and receives Reward Points
that is accumulated by spending with their Member ID at Autosurf
Computer Sdn Bhd. One reward point is awarded for every RM1 spent
(Excluding spending on our merchandise).
2. Membership Signing up for a Membership at Autosurf is free. Only individuals above 18 years of age are eligible. Any individual who wishes to become a Member must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time. Each Member will be issued with a Membership ID.
Members
will provide information upon registering (information such as name,
identification number, address, contact numbers and email address).
These information are needed for verification purposes when the
member wishes to redeem a gift. Autosurf
Computer Sdn Bhd may refuse an application for Membership and
reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for such refusal.
Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd may terminate a Membership Account without notice and for any reason, including if the Member fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions:Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd; or
Abuses any privilege accorded to the Member ID; orEngages in any fraudulent activities ; or
Does not use his/her Membership ID for a period of 6 months or more; or Displays inappropriate behavior against any members of Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd's staff.
Termination of Membership Account will result in forfeiture of remaining Points in a Member's Account.
3. Collecting PointsReward Points will be recorded in a Member's Account, One reward points for every RM1 spent by the Member within the outlet.
For a Member to be entitled to receive Reward Points, the following may apply: -The Member ID that have been provided is strictly not shareable.Must not have any unpaid transactions

4. Redeeming Gifts Only the Member with sufficient Reward Points is eligible to redeem, and he/she may do so using the redemption methods implemented by Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd. Members are required to be present during the redemption transaction and must show the person in charge their Identity Card along with their Member ID for verification purposes. Members are advised to examine the Gifts upon redemption.
All the redemption orders that have been accepted by Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and the affected Reward Points will not be reinstated. Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd gives no representation or warranty with respect to any products featured in the Gifts Catalog or their suitability for any purpose. However, Members may liaise directly with the Supplier according to the warranty awarded.
4.1 Redemptions Procedure Give your “Member ID” to the staff/cashier on duty;Revise the balance in your account, Review and pick the gifts you would like to redeem from the catalog;
Show your “IC” to the staff/cashier for verification purposes;
Fill in the “Gift Redemption Form”;
Key in your “Member ID's” password;
A confirmation message box with the total points to be deducted from your accounts will appear;
Double check the amount of points deducted & the balance in your account;
5. Deduction of PointsThe number of Points for a Gift claimed by a Member will be deducted from the Points balance of the Member's Account.. Any Points, which are not used by a Member to claim a Gift within 12 months which is 1st April every year, will automatically expire and it will be wipe out from the Points balance in a Member's Account.
6. Policy on Personal DataAutosurf Computer Sdn Bhd respect the privacy of its Member's information. This is Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd's policy on personal information collected through the membership registration. It is part of the Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd's Membership Terms and Conditions.
Members shall ensure that all personal detail provided to Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd is accurate at the point of submission and that Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd is kept abreast and updated of any change in their personal details. If for any reason a Member believes that his/her personal information lodged with Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd is inaccurate or if a Member would like to amend and reconfirm his/her personal information, they can contact Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd via the following :-

7. General Membership ID and Reward Points are not transferable and are the property of Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd. Reward Points, and any rights they confer, cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Reward Points have no cash or monetary value. Autosurf Membership may change, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions and the Gift offers.
Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd may make that change even if it has the effect of reducing or extinguishing the number or value of, or the period of expiry of, any existing or future Points. Autosurf Computer Sdn Bhd will attempt to notify Members of any changes.
